Subject	Turbo's on Ebay, anyone know what these are equivalent to?

I can see that they are Garretts, probably the GT series, right? and is that an A/R of .80 is see? Sounds too high. Just curious, I doubt I'd buy from this guy even if I had the money. -Rich (yes I know the sig doesn't work)
